Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a
Senior Strategic Account Manager
to lead and expand relationships with key restaurant chain partners across Belgium. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing national chain accounts, acquiring new business at HQ level, and ensuring that Just Eat Takeaway.com remains a trusted and innovative partner in the food delivery space.

This is a high-impact position where you’ll combine data-driven decision-making, negotiation expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to support the continued success of our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

* Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of top-tier restaurant chain partners and develop long-term relationships at HQ level.
* New Business Development:
Lead the acquisition and negotiation process with new national or franchised chains, including framework and franchisor agreements.
* Strategic Partnerships:
Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, understanding their needs and aligning solutions that drive mutual growth.
* Market & Competitive Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
* Joint Business Planning:
Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and conduct regular business and performance review meetings with partners.
* Customer Advocacy:
Represent the “voice of the customer” internally by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Service) to enhance partner satisfaction and performance.
* Process Optimization:
Support operational excellence by ensuring smooth collaboration, reporting, invoicing, and tailored partner solutions.

Working Conditions

* Based in
Brussels, Belgium
, with regular in-person meetings at client HQs.
* Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams across multiple departments.
* Dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven work environment.
* Reports to the
Head of Strategic Accounts or Regional Sales Director
.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum
5+ years of experience in commercial or sales roles
, with at least one role focused on
key or strategic account management
.
* Proven success in managing high-value partnerships and driving measurable business outcomes.
* Strong analytical skills with a
data-driven approach
to decision-making.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at executive levels.
* Fluent in
French, Dutch, and English
(both written and spoken).
* Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Comfortable working independently in an agile, fast-changing business environment.
