We’re are looking for a creative social media manager who lives and breathes social media.

Heylama is an AI-powered language learning app that

We help people reach language fluency in under 12 months by creating a holistic and personalized learning experience focused on speaking confidence.

We are growing fast thanks to SEO and paid acquisition, and now need someone to turn our social presence from OK to 🔥.

Tasks

You’ll own and grow our social media presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, helping us:

* Create
fun, educational, and engaging short-form video content (yourself, our founders, and/or with other creators)

* Collaborate
with our CEO to elevate his content and make it pop

* Engage
creators and fans to co-create content (UGC, creator deals, stitch/duet-worthy pieces)

* Translate
app features into videos and moments that make people say “wait, this is actually useful”

* Experiment
with formats and trends—memes, POVs, green screens, lo-fi rants, you name it

* Track
what’s working and what’s not, and evolve our strategy accordingly

* Build
a community of language lovers, learners, and creators around the Heylama brand

Requirements

* You’re a content-first person. You’ve made stuff that
*works*
—virality, growth, or impressive engagement

* You’re fluent in TikTok and Instagram Reels culture (and aren’t afraid of YouTube Shorts)

* You’ve worked with creators or UGC campaigns and can get people excited to make content for/with us

* You’re confident on camera and love making things people actually want to watch

* You have strong taste, fast execution, and an eye for storytelling

* You’re curious, scrappy, and hate generic corporate content

* Bonus: You geek out about learning, languages, or educational tech
